RSSM Policy
Registration
Current students who are accepted for the following school year should re-enroll each spring in order to ensure space for the following academic year. In our experience, students need to participate for the ENTIRE academic year to receive the full benefit of the program.

New students who are accepted should register by August Registration Day in order to ensure your space for the academic year.

Tuition & Payment
Academic year programs begin in September and end in June. A non refundable registration fee is due annually at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Students may register throughout the year if space permits. The Summer Program will have a separate registration fee and tuition.
We offer several payment plans to best fit your needs - please speak with Ms. Feng for more information. Academic Year Tuition can be paid in 3 installments. They are due on Registration Day or September 1 (whichever comes first), November 1, and February 1. If tuition is not received by those dates, there will be a late payment fee of $100. Thank you for cooperation!

*Mommy & Me: Infants, Toddlers, Preschool and Beyond classes has no performance at the end of the session
Refund Policy
*No refunds are given.
*Payment for tuition is by cash or check. Â
*Returned Checks- There will be a NSF (Non-sufficient Funds) Fee + $100 inconvenience fee for any returned checks.
Missed Lesson Policy
*No deductions or adjustments will be made in the case of student absence.
*No classes or ensembles will be made up in the case of student absence. (Same as private or public school)
*All lessons, classes and workshops missed due to teacher absence or school closing will be made up. Â These make-up lessons may be given during or between semesters.
*At the discretion of the private lesson teacher, a make up lesson may be given under special circumstances. Â Under these special circumstances, lessons will only be considered for make up if the private teacher is notified 48Â hours or more in advance.Â
*If a student misses the make-up private lesson, the teacher is not required to reschedule the lesson.
Responsibility
Students are expected to attend and be on time to all classes/ensembles. Students who are routinely late, unprepared, or demonstrate inappropriate behavior may have their enrollment terminated.
Child Safety
To ensure your child’s safety, please be sure to pick him/her up promptly after class/lesson time. RSSM is not responsible for students and/or siblings who are not attending the registered class.
Insurance
Student or Student's parent(s) or legal guardian shall maintain, at its sole cost, Primary Accident Medical insurance to cover Student while in class or on building premises.
Liability
Parents, legal guardians of minor students, and adult students release and hold harmless the Royal Stage School of Music LLC., its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of the Royal Stage School of Music LLC., its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
Media Release
Parents, legal guardians of minor students, and adult students give permission for RSSM to photograph or audio/videotape footage of classes, lessons, and other activities without advance notice, and to publish royalty-free in its print, audio and electronic promotions, including the school's website.  RSSM will not publish the name of musicians, without parental consent.
